Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 June 2026

These terms apply when you register for a webinar run by Oarline ("we", "us", "our"), or use this website. By registering or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

1. Who we are

Oarline is a trading name of HT Tech Marketing LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Texas, United States of America. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. The webinar

3. Educational content only

The webinar and any materials we provide are for general information and education. They are not professional, financial, legal, clinical or business advice, and should not be relied on as such. Any results we mention are examples, not guarantees — your own results will depend on your circumstances.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Intellectual property

All content in the webinar and on this website — including text, designs, logos, the Oarline name and any frameworks or materials we share — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own reference only.

6. Third-party services

Booking is provided through Calendly, and the live session runs on Zoom. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

We provide the webinar with reasonable care and skill, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or business, arising from the session or your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you register is the one that applies. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last revised.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
